This year Brooks side of the family decided to have their annual Christmas party up here in WY. With 2 of the 4 families up here everybody else was so sweet to let us host for a change. I was so looking forward to the weekend. As everyone was arriving Friday night for the weekend my kids started getting sick. One by one they started throwing up including my husband. It was a puke filled weekend! Colbie was the only one that wasn't affected. So she was the only one that got to go to the family party. Camden was devastated.
No only did Colbie enjoy the good food she also get to spend time with Grandpa and Grandma which I think is the part that Camden HATED!! She loves her Grandma!!
The party went on without us and was probably more fun but we did miss it and hope that this year doesn't repeat itself anytime soon. It was pretty miserable.
