9 months

It hard to imagine this little man is already 9 months old. Why is it that 9 months being pregnant lasts FOREVER and the first 9 months of the babys life goes by so fast! Its not fair! This little turkey is so much fun and the perfect addition to our family.

Crew has 1 bottom tooth.
He loves baby food now and especially the little puffs that he can eat by himself.
He loves standing up against the couch or anything, He is always trying to pull himself up on everything.
He is so close to crawling but can get around pretty good otherwise.
He has the cutest giggle, he voice shakes.
Crew is always happy and smiling.
We just love this baby!!!

Happy Days!

This little face makes my days happy!! I think I kiss those cheeks at least 100 times a day! It doesn't even phase him anymore. I also take about 100 pictures a day of him because he is so stinkin cute! An added bonus with this little man, no attitude...yet, no feistiness...yet, no talking back...yet! Enjoy it while it lasts, right!

I love this boy!!!

BOOKCASE

My sweet husband whipped this beauty up for me the other day! My kids have so many many books that the little bookcase we have just wasn't sufficient. So I tracked this down on the Ana White blog, which I love! Brook made a few tweaks and ba blam! I heart it, as usually my husband did the best job!

Crew though it was pretty cool!

The finished product!

All filled up! We still have our other bookcase and it is still full. Who knows where we were keeping all of these dang books. And we even have room to grow, which is good cause WY does this awesome thing that you register your little ones, under 5 and Dolly Parton sends them a brand new awesome book every month. The kids love it. And our library can keep growing!

Camden and Colbie love it!!!

The Actor

Every February with a preschooler means one thing...it's Play time! My kids awesome preschool teacher puts on a performance with the kids and it is always so amazingly cute. This year was no different. Carter was the narrator and a squirrel in the "Little white Rabbit who wanted Red Wings". He did so good and said his lines so good! I am so proud of him!  He is my little actor!

Carter and the Little White Rabbit, Kylee. She did such a good job.

3 Little Squirrels

After the play eating some yummy sugar cookies with his bestie and his sister. Good friends and Good times!

7 years old

This little girl is growing up WAY WAY to fast. It scares the crap out of me. 7 years old...what??? I am way to young to have a 7 year old. Camden is the sweetest, thoughtful, caring, smart, happiest little 7 year old I know. She is such a good girl. She strives in her school class and at home to be the best most well behaved kid there. I love having this kid as my oldest, she is always wanting and willing to help with her younger siblings or with anything I ask her. Camden is super caring and thoughtful towards her friends and just about everybody else. She is always thinking of someone else. I love that about her

A few tidbits about Camden
Camden likes school but she sometimes has a hard time with homework. Its mainly when Carter and Colbie are doing something fun but she is a very good student. Last semester she was in Math Intervention because she wasn't super confident with her numbers but she worked her butt off and now she is in normal math and she is super excited about that!
Camden is writing a book. She loves that kind of stuff and I think its so cute! I help her just make sense of some of the sentences but she writes the whole story. This book is about Vampires... surprise, surprise!
She still loves art and anything to do with it. And crafting she is in and loving it!
Camden loves her all of her grandparents she is always wanting to go visit them but she has this little bond with her Grandma Carol. They are the best of buddies and mom doesn't even exist when grandma is around. I love their little connection!
Camden still loves animals(hence the pig cake for her birthday, who knows where that came from)
All day long Carter asks "when is Camden coming home" he waits all day to play with her. And Colbie as we are out runner errands and taking carpools every time we pass Camdens school she says "we get Camden now??" They just love their sister!
Camden is gone a lot at school but when she is home she is almost always happy, helping and sweet! It doesn't get much better than this kids and we are so lucky she is in our family! We love you big girl!!

Birthday Girl

It's birthday season at our house! We celebrated Camden's 7th birthday this week and I can not believe this girl is 7!!! We sang happy birthday to her in the morning before school. Then she was way to excited she had to open all of her presents before school.
She was a happy camper. She wanted a beanbag for her room so she could sit in it and read (how can I say no to that) then she didn't really care about anything else. This girl is so hard to shop for. She likes everything but doesn't LOVE just one thing. She has wanted a monster high Barbie forever but I have been dragging my feet cause I think it's kinda weird to buy a zombie or Frankenstein Barbie. I finally broke down and she was super excited and hasn't put it down since. I have to pry it out of her hands for school. Plus I found at Free Willy on DVD. She was so excited for that, she loves that movie.

Camden took her class Cowboy Donuts for her birthday snack and she says they were a hit. I also took her a mcdonalds happy meal for lunch. That's a tradition we started last year and I think it will stick around she loves it. I think she feels pretty cool at school  with a happy meal!
She picked Broadway Burger for dinner so we invited Reed and Melindas family and had a very yummy dinner! Then back to our house for cake and ice cream! It was a very happy birthday she told me when she finally gave up for the night.

I just love this big girl and can't believe she is 7 already.

My crazy girls! We didn't even plan this. Carter was taking pictures and I was looking back on them and we all just stuck out our tongues on the same picture! Great minds think alike!

First Tooth

This little boy makes me smile. And he is always so happy and smiley even to strangers.

He is always experimenting with his face making silly faces and trying to get us to laugh at him. Silly boy! He cut his first tooth this week. I can't get a good picture but his bottom tooth has broken through the skin and the 2nd bottom tooth isn't far behind. Its a sharp little bugger!

Oh how we love this boy!!

3rd child

Can you read this kids shirt???? My mom got Colbie this shirt and it is sooooo true! Trouble is this girls middle name! And Attitude is her first! I never thought I could have such a headstrong child. I am so not that way and neither is my husband! She is our recessive gene kid. She gives us a run but she is oh so fun! You never know what you are going to get with her, I lean in for a kiss and it either ...a kiss or a slap.

Colbie is 2 1/2 and a ball of energy. She is talking so good now and lets be honest getting her to be quite is the trick now! She is oh so sweet with her baby brother and loves to be included with her big brother and sister. This girl cries ALL THE TIME!!! I don't know if its a stage she is at (and has been her whole life) or if its just 3rd kid syndrome. But at the drop of a hat she cries. I open her a string cheese, she cries because I opened and she wanted to. After she goes potty I help her pull up her pants, she screams and pulls them back down cause she wants to do it herself. I swear, stubborn much!  She loves her blanket!! I have to sneak to wash it and during the 40 minuets it takes to wash it she asks me if its done about 7 times.  She LOVES her daddy!! Mom can't really do anything right when dad is around. This sweet little face gives me a run for my money most days but I can't imagine my days without her. She is so smart and hilarious. She keeps us smiling.  Oh how I love her! It doesn't get much cuter! What a sweetie!

Thank you Grandma

While Brook was golfing last week my sweet mother in law came up to WY to help me with all of my hoodlums. My kids think that the sun rises and sets with Grandma and they were in heaven having her here for a few days. And I can't complain about it either. She helped me so much and it was nice to have the adult company while my hubby was gone.

My kids have been dying to show Grandma their dancing games. I think because they knew that she would just jump in with them and dance it out! And she did. It was pretty entertaining to watch these 3 dance. They have some skills!

HUGE Thank you to Grandma for all of the help and company!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!
