Easter Fun

This past week has been full of fun times. Kenzie (my niece) came to hang out with us for the week. It was her spring break and Camden loves to play with her cousin, so she came to play with us. We tried to think of fun stuff to do, I hope we didn't disappoint.

They had fun painting these little bird houses.

Of course we had to dye some easter eggs.
Camden had tons of fun this year.

After our easter egg dyeing session, we had plans to go swimming so that explains the suits.

My neighbor had a fun little easter egg hunt in her back yard and the kids had so much fun. Camden had to wear her little bunny ears.

I didn't get a good pic of my kids in there cute little easter outfits. Cawa's passed out at church and slept most of the day and Camden wasn't up for a pic after that. But she did find her easter basket that the easter bunny hid. Tons of candy and he even left her a sleeping bag. She loves it and sleeps in it on her the floor in her room everynight.

Fun with Uncle Jay

Last weekend my little brother, Jay came to visit us!! Lets just say we were all totally entertained from the minuet he got here. Camden has so much fun with her uncle. Probably cause he acts like a 3 year old as well.

Camden had fun being thrown in to the beanbag!!

Cawas also loves his uncle Jay. They were cuddling on the beanbag and jay was taking pictures of Cawas with his phone. His phone has a big flash and everytime jay took the pic Cawas just sat there but as soon as he saw the flash he laughed so hard.

I snagged a pic with my camera of the smile that followed the flash! Way to cute!!

Easter Bunny Fun

Today we went to our little mall and we paid a visit to the easter bunny!! Last year we saw this same easter bunny at the mall and Camden loved it. She shook his hand and said "Nice to meet cha, Easter bunny!!" It was so cute and for the next 6 months everytime she shook anyones hand she would say that. It was really funny. She loved the bunny last year so i knew she would love him again this year, and she did. Camden walked straight up to him and gave him a big hug then sat on his lap. It was cute!!!

Time Away!!!

So I think almost everyone has "Spring Fever"about now. I know our house does for sure. Last week Brook had to go to Utah to week for work and so i decided to tag along to get a break and get out of the house. (I thought that might help curb our spring fever, It actually helped alot for the kids to spend some time with Grandma and Grandpa) I left my camera in my purse for most of the week i only got a few pics. Here is Camden trying out the roller skates. She had a blast!!!

This was our big find while in Utah. Madalyn called me and tipped me off to the good sale at Costco. (Thanks Madalyn) So Brook and I got some new life jackets and we are so excited. Camden was ready to go to the lake. I told her it was still a little chilly. (Don't mind her crazy hair)

Mr Cawa's got a few new summer clothes while we were down in Utah and I had to show off my fav. Grandma bought this amazingly cute hat for Cawas's. I love it!! It had so cute little shorts that are adorable to but i didn't get that pic. Oh, he is such a handsome boy!!

I have to show off my cute baby boys mullet. We are trying the shag but it's not really growing on the sides. Oh well i am never cutting these precious curls. I love, love, love them!!! With his hat they are so dang cute sticking out the back!!

Girls night out!! Boys night in!!!

So yesterday we took a shopping trip to Herbegers and we hit the mother load!! Among the fun summer clothes Camden found a way cute swimming suit. And of course we had to try it out. So tonight we went to the rec center to do a little swimming. The water at the pool is a little cold and Cawa's just freezes so he opted to stay home with dad. This is the text i get!! It is so cute. He just couldn't stay awake to wait for mom. With his bum in the air and everything. (How come this never happens when mom is around, If there wasn't a pic i would have never believed it)

p.s. swimming was a blast, Camden is such a little fish!!!

Just like Dad!!!!

So this morning I woke up to attend to Camden who was having an issue. When I got back to my bed I couldn't help but taking a pic of my sweet sleeping boys!! They are little twins!!! It really is scary how much these two are alike!! I had to take a pic but all I had was a cell phone and it was really dark so the pic isn't the best. But please notice the following...

We do let our little sleeping monster sleep with us!! He starts off in his own bed every night but if he has a bad night and i am up with him anyway then screw that he is coming in bed with us. (bad mom of the year)

Yes, Cawas is sleeping without a shirt on. Last night he pooped out on his shirt but it didn't get on his pants and i wasn't about to dirty another pj shirt so he went top less.(again bad mom of the year)

Next we have a huge king size bed but yet the two of these guys are all the way to the edge on Brooks side, I guess i am a bed hog!!!
And last i know you can see Cawas ribs!! I promise you, he eats like a horse.
