12 whole months--yikes

It's crazy to think 12 months has come and gone! It makes me so sad my baby isn't a baby anymore. Miss Colbie had her birthday last monday and we spend the weekend and all week visiting G & G's and having fun! Plenty of posts to come. But 1st things 1st, my baby is 1, ahhhh!!
We all were so surprised when Colbie popped out a girl but oh how we have had some fun the past year with lots of pink and bows and girls!! These 2 sure love eachother!

A few tidbits about our little tidbit...

Colbie loves

-her brother and sister

-her blanket

-her bottle

-eating only real people food

-being outside

-water (pool or bat, really any form of water)

Colbie dislikes

-her carseat

-baby food (has never eaten it)

Colbie has developed quite a little temper over the past month. She is by far my most headstrong child. She knows what she wants and will not give it up til she gets it. She once chased Carter all over the house to get back a toy that he took from her. Colbie has turned into a biter-yikes! But if she isn't getting her way she will totally bite whoever is closest! She turned 1 on monday and in 1 week she has learned to go down the stairs backwards, bye bye gate! She has also learned to walk. It's like she decided "oh, i am 1 now and thats what we 1 year olds do" she will stand up in the middle of the room and just take off. Super cute but i am not sure i am ready for her to get that big yet! She has also learned how to say her first word "uh oh" oh man, is it cute! She drops stuff just to say uh oh, over and over again. I am sad my baby is getting so big but it is fun to watch her learn to do new things. We sure do love this little cheese ball!!
