Birthday Girl

This little girl turns 2. I can't believe it. We had a little birthday party with cousins and grandmas and grandpa. This little girl is a handful but oh so cute!! She started the terrible 2's a few months early to say the least and I think she is milking them for all they are worth. 

 

Colbie is our little ladybug!! She was so happy while we sang Happy Birthday to her. It was so cute to see her little face, she looked so important. We just love her so much!!

 

Grandma came to visit to celebrate the Cholbs birthday. She is always so much fun and so much help when she comes to visit!

Colbie loves to be the boss. She is so feisty and has so much attitude!! Her little personality is ALOT most days. Thank heavens for naps and bed time!! She could wear anyone out in 1 hour. Silly girl!!

This little lady is happy to be busy and moving. She is growing so fast and learning so much. She still isn't much for talking but I think she will catch on soon! I am sure soon we will wonder why we ever thought that she was too quiet! This little girl adds so much to our family and we just love her so much!! We are so blessed to have her in our little family!!

 

Little Man

 

 So I totally fell off the blogging grid. It has been driving me nuts! I don't take as many pictures and I can't remember important things that I would remember if I would have blogged. I don't have time to sit on the computer and do this but I have decided to MAKE time. I have a whole kid that has been made an appearance on this thing. And we can't skip out CrewBert! So I am going to be blog OVERLOAD for a few days and catch up! I am excited!!

Crew is the best baby! He was awake for most of the shoot but was as happy as can be. Plus how CUTE is this picture!!  I could hold and kiss this sweet baby all day everyday and I do.



Colbie

 Oh for the Cheese head!! This little girl has the most personality that any body could have! She is almost 2 and is as busy as ever!! I love her smiling little face! As anyone who knows this little lady knows that she is a lady of few words. She gets it from her daddy!! She has been trying alot more lately which is so fun! She LOVES to read books! When my mom was here when Crew was born thats all Colbie wanted was for Grandma to read books with her. She loves saying the animals and what sound they make and naming all of her body parts. She could play that game all day long. I love that she is learning and getting so smart!

 Talk about stubborn!! That i don't know where she get it from. But holy crap this kid has a mind of her own. It is a task getting her to get in the car, or the tub, or eat, or get dressed, or get out of the car, or come inside, or really just anything and everything. She will gladly do it WHEN she wants to do it. Which may be 2 mins after you ask her or 10 mins. She just wants to make sure that you know she isn't doing it because you asked she is doing it cause she is ready to do it. It can be very frustrating!

I was a little nervous givin the last tidbid of information when we had Crew how Colbie would react. She loves babies of all ages so i knew she would love him but i didn't know HOW much she would love him. I was worried she would maul him to death. She loves her brother thats for sure but she has been suprisingly soft with him too. She has done awesome! She is not jealous at all and she is just happy to have him around. She loves holding him(usually lasts about 30 sec.) She loves giving him his binky and kissing him when he is fussy. It is super cute! I think she is loving the fact that she gets included with the older 2 more. She is way more independent than they were at this age and so she loves that she is now NOT the baby.What a silly girl!

Carter

 This little boy can always make me smile!! He is happy almost all the time and is such a nice boy. He finished his first week of school in the middle of May and has just been my buddy every since. He loved school and he asks me every day if he is old enough to go to kindergarten yet.

  Carter loves superheros!! He loves the movies and action figures. He is fighting here with Captian America! But if there is 1 thing he loves more than superheros it's Transformers. He still loves them and plays with them on a daily basis. I have the movies 1 and 2 memorized because he wants to watch them every single day. I guess it could be worse and he could love barney or something that a normal kid his age likes. Then i would have to watch that over and over! 

These 2 are already best friends. Carter loves his brother oh so much! It is so cute!! If Crew makes so much as a squeek Cawas runs as fast as he can just to give him a kiss. It's like he thinks that was what Crew wanted. It makes my heart happy when i see the love Carter has for his brother. It's all a mom needs to make it through "those" days. I hope they are always bffs!! Carters greeting for Crew in the morning is "hello, sweety!" I love it!!

Camden

 Well i am SO far behind in my blogging and i am not going to ever catch up so i am doing a short update on every kid and calling it good. Camden is SUCH a good helper with her little brother and sister. She plays so good with Colbie when she is in the mood and always is willing to help feed or cuddle Crew. She does have an attitude that she busts out on a daily basis that i blame on kindergarten but hey it's only the beginning, if i can't handle this we are introuble for the tween/teen years.  

 Camden is still my little fish. She has been doing swimming lessons before school got out and LOVES it. And she is really pretty good too. She is already on level 3. She asks me on a daily basis if we can go to a splash park or get the pool out in the back yard. Which we rarely get to do thanks to the wind and chilly start to summer we have had. But when we do get out this tan little girl doesn't ever come inside.

Camden graduated from Kindergarten at the beginning of June and it was a sad day at our house. She loves school and so do I. Her class had the cutest program and awards that was so fun for us parents to watch. It's crazy to think how much these kids have learned in the past year. She  LOVES to read and write. She has better handwriting then her dad. I love watching this girl learn.



Crews Arrival

Meeting their new baby brother for the first time! They were so excited. Camden wanted to wear her sweet zebra headband so that they baby would be able to see her. Silly girl.

My amazing mother in law took on the daunting task of watching these 3 little rugrats while we were at the hospital and I can't thank her enough.

So after doing this 4 times my labor stories are starting to mix together. I need to write this one down before it blends in with the others. So if labor stories are TMI  for you then skip the rest of this... So we went in the hospital at 10 am to be induced. They hooked the IV in right away with just saline and checked me and i was at a 4. Then nothing happened until noon. At noon the nurse came in and finally got some pitocin going. My Dr. came in and broke my water at 1pm. They checked me and i was dialated to a 5 now. I got my epidural put in at 2pm.  I could still feel my left side and having some back pain every contraction. After pushing my epidural button every 5 mins for an hour, i started feeling really good!! My nurse finally checked me again and i was still at a 5 at 5pm. What the heck. Super annoyed!! So we lowered the bottom half of the bed and i laid on my side with 1 leg up in the sturrup. Weird i know but it works. During the next hour i just sat like that but my nurse came in and said her other patient was at a 10 and that this other nurse would be taking care of me. This happened with the next 3 nurses. Everybody was having their babies but ME!! Oh and this whole time i was puking off and on. Yuck!!! So after 1 hr i started feeling like something was happening so i sent my mom in the hall to get a nurse. The nurse came in and checked me at 6pm and i was dialated to a 10. YAY!! She paged my dr and started preping the room. My Dr. got there and we pushed for 1 full contraction and the next one little Crew was here. That was the longest i ever had to push but he was my biggest baby. 7lbs 6oz  20 1/2 in long. Born at 6:18. The cord was wrapped around our little mans neck but my Dr. quickly slipped it off and everything was good. The baby did have a big bruise on the top of his head and his head was a little cone shaped. We are so blessed to have this little boy in our family and love him oh so much!

WELCOME

We finally welcomed this little man into our family! And oh how we have fallen in LOVE with him.

Crew Lyle

 My friend Jessica took these amazing pictures of him on his 2 week birthday! Crew is such a good baby. He sleeps good, eats good and is happy the rest of the time. The kids LOVE their brother so much they can't get enough of him! It is so cute! I have so many cute pictures i need to blog but i am having a hard time putting this sweet baby down long enough to blog. Blogging is really the last thing i want to do in my down time but i need to for journaling purposes and i am getting in trouble for not putting up pictures of this boy. We are just having way to much fun at our house. But i am way behind and will do better, i promise.
