We have alot of visiters come to our house, which we love! But last week we had the cutest visitor we have had in a long time! Aspyn came to see us and spend a few days with us! It was so much fun having a busy little 18month old around again. I forgot how much i love that age. My kids loved having Aspyn around to cause she would laugh at everything they do and chase them all around the house. She is the easiest kid to have around, i told Lacey(aspyns mommy) she could pick any of my 3 and try them out for awhile. But she wanted her own baby back and i really could give mine away. I love my winny little ones!!
Cawas on his pride and joy!! He lives on this bike. I let him ride it around the kitchen bar. He gets going pretty fast. When he crashed he always says "oh i crashed like Dungey" Dungey is the supercross champ who i love and cheer for every race. He doesn't crash that much but Cawas just wants to be exactly like him. It's cute!!

My cute girls!! Colbie is going through the full on teething nightmare right now!! I forget how much i dislike this phase. Just because how miserable little miss cheesers is. Oh wow, she is crazy draining from her eyes, nose, and mouth. I feel so bad for her!! Her bottom 2 teeth have popped all the way through and then the poor girl is getting her 2 fang teeth. Yes she is going to be a vampire!! I guess it's good to get them over with but it's no fun at the moment!! Poor little lady!

Puzzle time!! This is how my kitchen floor looks everyday, all day!! Cawas is a puzzle fool. He loves them and could do them all day! I guess i should re-phrase that, he DOES do them all day!! It's cute to watch his brain figuring them out. And of course my kids rope Ruthie into helping them!!

We had more visitors this weekend. They weren't has cute has Aspyn but we will claim them also. My brother Jay and his fiancee Corrissa came up for a fight night and the superbowl. It was tons of fun having them up! Come anytime you two!!

what a day...

Cawas had such a fun birthday in Utah at Grandpas and Grandmas house! That would have been enough for the kid, just being there, but we decided to go out and enjoy the day. Grandma always makes birthday waffles, yum!! Then we went to Cawas cousin Devins jr jazz basketball game. It was fun and Cawas loved it!
After that we were off to the Front Runner. Also known to a 3 year old as a TRAIN. Cawa's had a blast on the trains and it was a fast, fun way to get down to SLC. Of course Cawa's had to sit with Grandpa!!

After a great lunch at The California Pizza Kitchen we went to the Planetarium. The kids had fun exploring all fun stuff to do!

Then we walked around Gateway and watched the fountain show. After the show the water was spraying up randomly and Carol walked right on through holding Libby and not getting a drop on her, then JJ went right on through. So Camden tried it...with little success!! She was soaked and mind you it was about 30 degrees outside. She was less then thrilled!

This little lady was such a trooper!! It was cold outside and like a dork i forgot her coat so she just had her blanket and her beenie. Poor kid her nose was so red but she didn't wine at all she was as happy as can be!!

On the train home Cawas day caught up with him and he crashed. We tried to keep him up but no such luck!

Cawas picked out this dump truck cake this year. I think it was cause he knew he would get a new dump truck out of the deal. Smart kid!

This bike is the light of this kids little life! He just sat crouched down like that and checked out every inch all night long. He loved it!! Cawa's got alot of PUZZLES also and i think he has done ALL of them at least 10 each since we came home. He loves them! So Thank you everyone! You made this 3 year old, one happy little boy!!

I can't believe my baby boy is 3!!

Tomorrow is Mr Cawa's birthday. I can't believe how fast time flys. Cawas is such a fun little man that makes our family smile!! Sorry i went a little crazy on the picture front but i couldn't pick--so i put them all on.
(Most of you know Cawas but this is for journaling purposes.)
Cawas is such an easy going, chill little boy. (just like his daddy) He is very sweet and has the sweetest little voice. Okay i know i am his mom, but it just melts me. Cawas is also SPOILED rotten. He pretty much gets everything he wants. His dad will cave at one tiny little "please". Something you might not know about this kid...he has a lazy eye! Only at night when he is tired. He also doesn't like big crowds, he hates nursery and he always sticks pretty close by mom when ever we go anywhere. He also is a homebody! If we go anywhere he will come up to me after maybe an hour and says quietly "can we go home now?" He loves his hair long. i aske him if he wants short hair and he said "no way, i like it long!"oh and one more thing, this kids loves to pick his nose. it's pointless to ask him to stop cause he just always has his finger in his nose!
Cawa's is 26 lbs and is 38inches

I love the age where the pick up anything and everything we say and start putting into sentences and they say the cutest things. I few little things Cawas has said that i just know i will forget if i don't write them down...
I was taking him out to the car and he didn't want to go he yells "Where are you taking me, lady!!"
He was naughty in the corner picking off some vinly letters and i said "oh you little Sh*t" and he said "I'n not a sh*t, i'n a boy!"
If he wants anything "please, on a cherwy on top!"
I know there are plenty more my brain is just not remembering at the moment. That's why i need to write them down.

His favorite place to sleep is right up against his daddy. It's not his dads favorite but who could resist that face!
Cawas loves Motorcycles!
He loves anything with wheels but motorcycles are his ultimate favorite! Thats what he asked for, for his birthday. "A real one like daddys."
Cawas loves fruit!
Strange a child of mine liking healthy foods but he loves to chomp down on apples, bananas, peaches, grapes and anything else fruity!
Cawas loves his sisters!
Of course Camden and Cawas are best friends most of the time, the other time they are worst enemies. He will be playing and pass Colbie sitting on the floor and kiss her head and run away.
Cawas loves puzzles!
He sits on the floor and does puzzles over and over again. He is getting good at them.

makes me SICK...

Okay long story... So i like to sew and i saw this vintage quilt pattern and fell in love so clear back when i was prego with Colbie i went and bought some cute fabric. Then i never got around to it...So finally after 7 months i FINISHED it!! And i LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out.
So after many hours(i am super slow at sewing) I debated using it at all cause i normally like to keep these nice quilts (that take alot of time) --nice! I don't use them, i know it's stupid, why make them right?? So anyway i decided i was going to use it. I literally washed it Saturday night. Then i used it today (Sunday). So we went to visit Reed and Melinda tonight and somehow on the way to their house it got lost. Ya, i said LOST!! I can't even believe it. I NEVER lose anything. It was super cold and super windy (surprise, surprise) and we busted into their house and it must have dropped out of Colbie's carseat. It was pretty heavy and i don't think it would have blown too far away, i think somebody saw a SUPER cute blanket and picked it up. Ya, it makes me SICK!! That's why i am blogging at 1:30am cause i can't sleep my stomach is sick! But what do ya do i guess. Good thing we go to UT soon so i can get some more fabric and start over. Maybe in 7+ more months i will have another cute blanket to blog about. And ya that one will stay in a safe place!!

Good thing this sweet little face makes my life happy, otherwise i would be pretty darn ornery right now. Oh and ps... i felt in this cheesers mouth tonight and a sharp little tooth poked me. I can't believe my baby is old enough to have a tooth.

Uncle Blake came for a visit a few weeks ago and it was so nice having him here. He stayed with us alot before his mission while he was working with the boys. Hopefully we will can get him to come up again soon!! Colbie cheese loves her Uncle!!

We have watched this icicle grow and grow outside our window. Brook decided to break it off so it wouldn't impale someone standing below it. Then we watched it melt and melt in the sink.

So we are passing the time with lots of fun inside activites. Like shooting our baby with a nerf gun! No- we didn't really shoot her but she was cute trying to figure out what was on her head!

We are passing the time with lots of coloring and painting and crafts of all kinds! Colbie got ahold of a marker and took the lid off while mom wasn't looking.

She is just like her brother!! Goof balls!!

ringing in the new year...

New years eve is just another reason to get together eat good food and act like kids! Thats exactly what we did this year. Cawa's got a nerf gun for Christmas this year but i really think Brook got a nerf gun for Christmas this year! I even had to go back to walmart and buy another gun so that i could defend myself. I got a few so that we could play a fun target game for new years eve! It was way fun. Of course Brook won cause he had been practicing for a week using me as a target! And he was getting good! But after the target game it turned into a full on war! This picture explains it all!

We paused the nerf game to ring in the new year. Melinda bought these little blowers and the kids had a blast blowing their horns and yelling "Happy New Year!!"
