It happened again...

...we had a great Christmas at our house! Christmas eve we had a fun dinner with some friends and then after everyone went home we opened our Christmas Eve Jammies.
Colbie's entire world revolves around Camden. It's cute to catch it in a picture!

My baby is growing up and WAY to fast! This picture is tricking you cause she can't really sit up on her own, only for a few seconds. But she did have her 6 month birthday on Monday and that is sad. Cause it won' t be long before she is sitting up, then crawling and then we are really in trouble.

The whole fam!!

This is what the kids chose to leave for Santa. Cookies and Mt Dew! It's strange it's like my kids already know the secrets of Santa cause that's my favorite treat too!

Cawa's got exactly what he wanted. A truck with a trailer and a motorcycle on it. He is a happy camper!!

Cheese Ball!!

Here is my goofy little artist!

My parents came to visit on Monday and it was so fun to have them there. I didn't get many pictures just one of Camden snugglin with Grandpa! But we love to have them come up! Thanks for the visit Grandma and Grandpa!

Snow + Santa = Christmas Time

We have so much snow up here in wy and it's not blowing away so we are loving it. We went out last night and played in it. We attempted to build a snowman but the snow was too fluffy so we just ran around and made snow angels. It was fun, my kids were in heaven!
Cawa's making his snow angel!

Standing by their finished products, they are kindof hard to see. I hope we get to go out again before it all blows away!

Then tonight we had a visit from Santa! Cawa's answered the door and was kinda shocked that Santa was at the door when he ran to get it. But they warmed up real fast when he pulled out some presents from his big red bag!

Cawa's didn't want to get off his lap. He was ready to go to the North Pole with Santa! He told us that, it was cute. But Santa told him that his mom would miss him too much so he needed to stay home with his family.

Colbie's first Christmas and her first time meeting Santa. I think normally she would have been fine but she has this killer cold and she is super ornery so as long as Santa held her away a little she was okay with it. Thanks for the visit Santa and the fun presents!!

fAmiLy TimE...

Welcome home Blake.
Brooks youngest brother got home from his mission on Thursday night and we are so happy he is home!! This was Blake and Mr. Cawa's 2 years ago right before Blake left to Budapest Hungary. Cawa's loved Blake back then, they had a special bond! Now 2 years later...
Here is Cawa's and Blake again. It's crazy the change, Cawa's of course didn't remember him but it didn't take long for him to warm up.

Colbie got to meet her uncle Blake for the first time. We are so happy Blake is home and we are ready for him to come stay with us.

We had our family Christmas party while we were down welcoming Blake home and we have started some fun traditions. Grandma and Grandpa sang a song for the family. The kids were captivated. They did an awesome job!! (my kid picking his nose, of course)

Then our old tradition "The Nativity" the kids did so good this time. They listened to the story and actually kept their costumes on. Camden was Mary riding on her donkey (Devin) and Cawa's was Joseph.

All of the Grandkids.
Colbie Cheese wasn't in the play. But we had to put her in for the picture!

My very cute matchy matchy girls!! I have turning into one of those mom's who matches their girls outfits! Camden loves matching Colbie Cheese!

Surrounding Grandma, opening some presents!

Like her brother and sister this little girl LOVES her daddy!! I wish with the picture you could here the cute little giggle that went along with that smile!

more holiday fun...

This week we made some holiday sugar cookies! oh they turned out so good i think i ate the whole batch myself!! They kids loved rolling out the dough and decorating all of the Christmas shapes!!
Camden was in heaven. She has turned into such a little artist this was just another way she got to use her creativity. If you ask her what she wants to be when she grows up she says an "artist". I think she draws and colors pretty much the whole day, every day!!

Camdens cute little preschool class doing their program. She is all the way at the other end.

She gets a little timid in front of mic but she did an awesome joB!!

Decorating her gingerbread train at the Christmas party!

Camdens teacher Miss MerLee is honestly the most amazing teacher i have ever seen. She thinks of everything and the kids do the cutest projects. This was the stocking the kids made and she filled it will all kinds of goodies!

Just a little side note about my sweet little baby!! She is turning into such a fun little person. She grabs for toys and has even started the "stranger danger" phase. I do hate however how fast her little life is going i remember last year at christmas time when we told everyone we were prego and now look at her!! Oh, i wish time would just slow down a tiny bit!! So i could keep that smile forever!!

Of course we had to decorate some gingerbread houses!! We decided to try a gingerbread train instead and the kids were super excited!

So was Ruthie!!

Let the decorating begin...

...and the finished products!! I think they turned out pretty darn good!! Thanks for the fun Stevo and Ruthie!!

Then we held our 2nd annual UGLY Sweater party!! Everyone really made it fun and the ugly sweaters were great!! Thanks everyone for coming!!

TurKey dAy!!

Baby girls first thanksgiving was a successful, very fun one! We had fun with family and had 2 very yummy turkey dinners! Thanks to all of our wonderful chefs!

We ate on Thursday with Brooks family but it was crazy and i only got this cute picture of the kids and Grandma playing with the mic before everybody got there. They were taking turns giving "talks in church"!

Then we headed to my parents house and i remembered to get my camera out a little more. Grandpa and Camden playing in the leaves. Camden was buring Grandpa. Thanks for keeping your leaves around dad!!

She loved it!!

Can't have Thanksgiving without a little football!! Even though it was freezing and Cawa's lasted a total of 5 mins.

Camden, Cawa's and Corissa(jay girlie) cuddled on the floor watching UP on Jay's i phone. The rest of us were watching some BYU basketball on the big TV. Cawa's watching the entire movie on that little tiny phone!

Grandma and Camden putting little santa crafts together. Camden lives for crafts, she loved them thanks mom and carol!! And thanks for the great 2010 Thanksgiving!! Hope everybody out there had an awesome Turkey Day!!
