Easter Happenings...

This Easter weekend we were lucky enough to have Brooks family come up and celebrate the holiday with us. It's so fun to have visitors and the kids loved having their cousins over to play. Grandpa and Grandma set up this huge scavenger hunt for the kids all over the town. It was so fun, the kids loved it. I know Camden did, cause she would randomly say "oh this is the best day ever!" First they started at our house. Here they are listening intently to the rules and clues!
Then it was off to the library. My kids are bringing up the rear. They are such slow pokes.

Cawas was having so much fun.

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for the fun scavenger hunt. You might have to make it an annual thing cause my kids haven't stop talking about it. At church randomly Camden said to me "hey mom, yesterday was AWESOME!!"

Colbie also enjoyed the hunt. She had a nice place to sit and watch.

The last clue was buried in Reed and Melindas yard. The kids were trying to dig up the treasure.

Finally Uncle Reed had to bust out the big shovel. Cawa's was watching so close to find the buried treasure!!

...and the treasure was... a yummy lunch. We were going to eat outside at a park but it was way to cold. The kids don't care as long as they get to be with their cousins, they are happy!!

After our treasure hunt we came home to put the babies to bed and the kids colored eggs. This is always a favorite of Camdens.

Then we had a Pizza-movie night!!

Cawa's read the little girls some bedtime stories before bed time. It was cute. Cawas is such a ladies man. He has more girl friends then he does boy friends.

Looking so stylin in their cute easter outfits. It was bright outside so it's not the best picture but i must say those are some cute kiddos!!

yay!!!! It's my first easter!!!

And she was quite facinated by the grass in her fingers and toes.

Can't wait to change out of his church clothes that sandbox is just too tempting.

Then if that wasn't enough we had to have one last easter egg hunt in the back yard.
